14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to baskets containing food, perishable products or flowers, to personalised gifts, or to opened food and drinks. Non-food items (toys, books, decorations) may be returned unused in their original packaging. Notify us at office@merakibg.com and send the goods to: Econt Express office, Bistritsa, 1 Tsar Asenov Pat St. Return costs are borne by the customer. We refund within 14 days.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect the parcel in front of the courier. Contact us within 24 hours at office@merakibg.com with photos and we will replace the item or refund you.
