Who can withdraw. Consumers – individuals buying for personal use – may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. If the gift was delivered to someone else, the 14 days run from the day that person received it. Companies and sole traders buying for business purposes do not have this statutory right.

What cannot be returned. Under Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act the right does not apply to perishable goods (food, fresh flowers), goods made or personalised to your instructions, and sealed goods (such as alcohol) opened after delivery.

How it works. Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your request, with its date and time. We will then check the deadline and which items can be returned and reply with instructions. Please do not send the goods before you hear from us.
